Sienna Development Combines Zen With Prairie
Situated on 1100 Clark Street is one of Evanston’s newest developments, Sienna. A four building complex with more than two hundred and fifty condos and town homes. The project is being developed by Roszak/ADC and is still a work in progress. Interior features of the condos include floor to ceiling ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchens detailed with sleek, durable granite on the counter tops and high-end maple cabinets. Floor plans at Sienna come with between 614 to 2,790 square feet of living space, one to four bedrooms and one to two and a half baths.
