The owner of the trendy Asinamali Boutique that Northwestern female students know and love, is soon to open another boutique called Cou Cou. The clothing sold at the boutique will be catered more for “mature women”, with sophisticated style. The store will be opening next door to Asinamali. Thanks to Kelli Poulse, the Evanston woman will never be out of style.
After 14 years of business, it seems kind of essential to expand your horizons, and in this case, it’s not just business she’s expanding, it’s also personal taste and style. As time progresses, many things about individuals progress as well. The Cou Cou store will be another way for Kelli Poulse to adhere to her own ever-changing style, as well as provide for a different kind of woman, one we all evolve into.
While Asinamali’s business is catered mostly to college-aged women, the boutique has always had a loyal mature clientele. Cou Cou will be a way for all Evanston and Chicago women to be in the fashion spotlight.
