This Friday, March 23rd, Oakton Elementary school will host a community celebration to unveil the Oakton Mural Restoration Project, which has been taking place since last September.  Originally slated to re-open in January, the school’s auditorium has been closed for the restoration of several murals along the walls until now.  The festivities begin at 6PM at the school, located at 436 Ridge Avenue in Evanston.
