The new condo development on 817 Hinman in Evanston, Illinois is all James Torvik’s baby. Although the most obvious aspect of the development is its unique contemporary architectural design, which was crafted by Torvik’s hands, he also controlled the development and contracting, among with many other aspects of the community, an interesting leap for someone who had previously stuck only to architecture. Located 10 miles outside of the city of Chicago, the community is near Metra transportation stops and is finally ready to open after two years of planning and construction.

Anybody interested in Chicago Condos and Real Estate Information would do well to look out how the business is going in Evanston, one of Chicago’s many popular suburban communities. The community on Hinman is a great example, containing eight luxury condo units which start from 1,500 square feet in size and $495,000 in price. Some are three bedroom condos, others are one bedroom soft lofts. With warmed marble floors and granite counter tops, this community is a desirable one, even if one does not consider the most interesting aspect of the innovative window design on all floors.
