Winthrop Club Condos Going Fast
The condominiums at the Winthrop Club are selling out quickly according to developer Winthrop Properties. Construction on the project has barely begun, but the response to these future homes has been enthusiastic. The prospect of owning a luxury home at such a great price has drawn many buyers to the development’s pre-construction sales.
Winthrop Club’s 15 stories will contain a total of 99 units that come with one to three bedrooms and one to three and a half baths. The interior finishes can’t be beat, with a GE stainless steel appliance package, custom wood cabinets and granite counter tops in the kitchen. The baths are marble accented with relaxing Whirlpool tubs, perfect at the end of a long day. The building sports a glass-walled lobby that spans two floors and is attended by a 24 hour doorman. Residents will have the use of the fitness center, sundeck, swimming pool and business center. These homes on 1567 Maple Street are priced from the low $300,000 mark on up to over $1.8 million for some of the penthouse suites.
